Learning about Time Series

Division

Most of the time when I try to learn new things, this is the process I usually follow:

  • Research books, links, series, videos about the topic without any filter whatsoever.
  • Read reviews about these resources and have a glance over them.
  • Choose which one to consume.
  • Try to do something “unique” with the knowledge.

And these four steps are the ones I’m going to do this week about analyzing Time Series data.  So this is how I started:

Research

These were the links I collected so far:

http://earthpy.org/pandas-basics.html

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/a-guide-to-time-series-visualization-with-python-3

Some require more background than others but so far, I thought these to be great ones, didn’t research videos because they could take longer than I expect. I think tomorrow I’ll release some notes on the main similarities between these links and see how it goes.
